Our fearless farmer-extraordinaire, Hank, has spent years getting dirt under his nails (and loving every second). From an early obsession with the quirkiest squash to marathon taste-tests of every berry in town, Hank realized bounty was too good to keep to himself. With a dash of humor, a sprinkle of obsession, and a deep respect for Mother Nature, American Harvest Foods now brings the freshest, quirkiest, most smile-inducing produce straight from our fields to your kitchen.

Growth and Goodness
The early days of American Harvest Foods were all about elbow grease, early mornings, and figuring out how not to overwater the pumpkins.
Hank and Kelly started small, tending their backyard patch and bringing their bounty to local farmers’ markets. The response? People couldn’t get enough of our quirky, colorful veggies and fresh fruit. Soon, they realized they had to scale up—because apparently, everyone loves radishes that look like tiny unicorns. In 2022, they moved operations into a proper harvest hub in Jaspire, giving them room to grow more produce, pack boxes efficiently, and still keep that homegrown charm. “We just want to put Kansas’s magic in everyone’s kitchen,” says Hank, reflecting on their mission to share local, seasonal goodness that brings families and friends together—sometimes literally, around a very ambitious salad.
