1. Conditions of Use By visiting our website, placing an order, or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time — sort of like crop rotations, but less seasonal. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.

2. Subscription Box Service We offer monthly produce subscription boxes filled with fresh, seasonal fruits and veggies. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges to your chosen payment method unless you cancel based on our Cancellation Policy. Everything related to your subscription — billing, renewals, timing, inventory, cancellations — is covered in our Subscription & Shipping Policy, which you agree to by subscribing. (It’s not as exciting as harvest season, but still important.)

3. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Once your produce ships, we can’t take it back — nature makes perishable goods delicious, but not returnable. However, we are committed to making things right. If something isn’t up to the standard you expect from us, reach out and we’ll work with you.
